Ordered three items: one top which is perfect, soft and comfortable! New slippers ready for winter and flip flops. Flip flops were faulty, easy return process and money refunded within the week. No hassle!

I am always impressed with the ease, speed and efficiency of Celtic and Co in sending goods.
The quality of their slippers and sheepskin boots is outstanding and I have found the sheepskin boots to far outlast those from another well known brand.
I especially appreciate the opportunity to support a British business.
In my opinion 5 stars is too few for the quality of your products and the efficiency of your service. Definitely 16/10!!!

Excellent service and product

I love these slippers - they are the most comfortable, most elegant. lightest on my feet and come in so many colours - I now have 3 pairs and I will never look for any others.

Unfortunately didn’t fit me, was a bit short and too baggy. It was a shame as fabric and colour were good Sent it back and got refund with out any problems

Good quality garment. Delivered speedily and wrapped well. Roomy fit.

The herringbone pattern woollen blanket is beautiful and keeps you cosy (when there isn’t a heatwave on). Lovely colour too. Extremely pleased with this purchase.

I did manage to ring in and speak to a very helpful gentleman, whom sent me a return label extremely quickly . I did explain everything at the time .
I was just extremely disappointed that the jumper I ordered (which you will see from my account ) there was such a lot of difference in the sizing in measurement compared to my first long jumper in dark grey . Of which I’m so very pleased with , so was hoping for another in Icelandic Blue, the gentleman informed me that this Icelandic Blue Jumper was from another supplier , the quality of this Jumper was great but the sizing so far out I’m afraid to say . So sadly I returned it and I have received my refund promptly.

Great sandals. Leather slightly marked but this is due to type of material. Doesn’t detract from the overall look. Very comfortable and love the 2 buckle look.

Excellent prompt service and returns process. The sheepskin men's slippers are exactly right, my husband was envious of the pair I had received last Christmas, which are probably the best winter slippers I've ever had. I had to return the peony crew-necked jumper - the colour was lovely, but it was too transparent, and the sleeves were much too long.

Good service as usual, returned sandals . Didn't suit my feet.

Delighted with my cream sheepskin rug that my son paid for for my birthday and Mother’s Day. It is soft and beautiful , tho I have had to hide it away for a while as I have a very young ginger kitten ?!

I really like your products, the quality and design but your service is not excellent.
I ordered size x-small but received size s.
I rung you and was told you do not have any more size Xs.
I would prefer not to receive to big size as I wasted my time to return it.

Had to wait quite a long time but delighted with the white suede 2 strap sandals once they arrived. Price very reasonable compared to similar items of other brands.
